30-Day Return Policy

All Randall Amplifiers are covered by a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

A full refund may be offered for unopened products returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Products that have been opened, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

1-Year Warranty

All Randall Amplifiers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If you experience an issue with your product, please submit the form below so our team can assist you.

Return Authorization (RMA)

To request a return or warranty service, please complete the form below to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Once your returned product has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will determine whether to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with our return and warranty policies.
